  • When is check-in/check-out?

    Check-in is anytime after 3:00 pm and check-out is anytime before 11:00 am. Since we are a self check-in property, there is no need to check in or out during your stay!

  • What are your business hours?

    We are a self check-in property, so although there is no front desk we are availiable for check in 24/7! Lobby hours: 7:30 am - 3:30 pm.

  • Do you serve breakfast?

    We have the lobby open from 7:30 am - 3:30 pm everyday with coffee, tea, water, and granola bars for guests! No full breakfast is served.

  • Are you pet friendly?

    While we are all pet lovers at the Pelican Cove Inn, pets (other than service animals) are not allowed. Failure to follow this rule will result in a $200 cleaning fee.

  • Do your rooms have a mini fridge/microwave?

    We do not have personal mini fridges in rooms nor microwaves. However, we do have a utility room that is accessible to guests at all times with a communal fridge, microwave, and ice machine!

  • Do you provide daily housekeeping?

    There is a utility room that is accessible to guests at all times with extra supplies like towels, toiltries, etc. This room is located to the right of the lobby doors at the base of the stairs just beyond the beach chairs. If there is something you need that is not in there, please let us know! We service rooms upon request only and would be happy to coordinate with our housekeepers if you wish to have your room serviced during your stay.

  • When will I receive my entry code for self check-in?

    The informational text message/email is sent the morning before your arrival! This will have all the necessary information for a successful self check-in! (ie room name, entry code, parking info, etc)

  • Do you have free parking?

    Yes! We have 1 unassigned parking space for each room on property including the 2 spots in front of the garage doors and just off to the left hand side in the second driveway just before the carport. Street parking is free if you happen to have multiple cars!

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    The cancellation policy is as follows: 

    - No charge if canceled within 3 days of arrival

    - 50% of full stay charged if canceled within 1 day of arrival 

    - Full charge if cancelled same day
